  • About the event

Thee Unofficial Kickback of SXSW 2026!

Dismiss the Grind, rejuvenate, relieve and make your nervous system happy!

Join us Friday, March 13, noon - 5pm, at HowMuch?! Studios in North Central ATX as we celebrate the joy of well earned rest and relaxation.

With the guidance of veteran yoga instructor Katie Rich of Hill Country Yoga Fusion and her accompanying band, Trainstation Junkies, featuring the ever eclectic, Wiley Ross (@wileyrossmusic), we will be led through a 30 minute centering, stress releasing yoga session to get things started with mindful intention.

Afterwards, everyone is welcome to partake in the delights of our self-care vendors, and wellness activities such as chair massage, IV hydration, flash nail art, permanent jewelry, free form hair braiding, and more. Expect other feel good comforts like, tunes spun by a stellar lineup of Austin’s vibiest selectors:

    SUNNIVIA (@sunniva.atx)

    JUAN40 (@juan40bpm)

    HEARTH (@hearth.432)

    ANNAIK (@annaikonline

Along with visuals that will take you back to the best moments of that Saturday Morning Cartoon, Nick at Nite, Latchkey Kid life, brought to you by the dynamic Vision Reactor.

All of these treats, plus good drinks, good food, and great friends can only equal the best way to celebrate the profound act of freewill that is radical self-care & burn out relief, while pregamming for an amazing SXSW 2026 weekend!

    Why should you sponsor?

SXSW in Austin Texas has always been and continues to be, a great way for brands to gain exposure with the proper audience. BURNOUT TURONOUT will be the quintessential millennial hang and a great avenue for product endorsement.
