About the event
We are seeking a valued partner to support the delivery of a new international football tournament, the Independent Associations Cup, being organised by ourselves at Unrepresented Sports to take place in London between 30th June - 6th July 2025. Unrepresented Sports is a new event management company specialising in providing a platform to organise events for under-represented sections of different sports that would usually fly under the radar of mainstream investment.
The proposal we are putting forward today will be a new international football tournament specifically for teams representing regional entities and islands and we aim to welcome teams from across the UK and abroad to engage in an exciting and competitive week-long event in London. The 8-team event will see teams split into two groups of four followed by a knockout stage seeing each team play 5 games with 20 games total being played over the 7-day event.

We are seeking a key commercial partner, not only to support the debut edition of the Independent Associations Cup but also one who may be interested in discussing future opportunities as part of a longer-term branding partnership.
A case study of a similar event held in London in 2018 involving 16 teams, it did not have the level of interest this previously niche area of football now enjoys, yet this tournament, sponsored by Paddy Power, still enjoyed approximately 40,000 ticket sales across 41 games, 6.7 million social media impressions and was featured in global news sites including Sky Sports, BBC, New York Times, Forbes, and many more.

We are working with a number of groups to deliver a variety of international football events in 2025 and 2026 including our very own event, the Independent Associations Cup.
